0.6.35 Critical Error with Vision Quest (Old Mine) and Ninja Stylin'

Upon completing the Old Mine and leaving, progressing Vision Quest, I received progress immediately after in Ninja Stylin'. In this case, my order with Kohaku was completed and that I should return. After clicking 'Next' this error occurs. This error is duplicatable, as I have repeatedly tried by leaving the mine and progressing both quests.
My browser is Opera GX Version 107.

Attached are screen shots of the error and just before it.

I got around this error by progressing Ninja Stylin' (by moving around) before leaving the Old Mine.
