0.6.11 Critical Error after Ring of Fate

The images are one bug report and the copy paste above is another bug report, but both happened after trying to access the menu with character powers and quests after completing the Ring of Fate quest. I also had another instance where the crash happened after trying to access storage. I had gone back to a previous save to try out different strats against the Faceless Blade so I just loaded up my actual current save and the problem was gone, I didn't have any problems when I played through that quest the first few times either so I'm not sure what triggered it.

I have same problem after meeting Ryn on my new save.
But after loading save right before error - it didn't occurre again.

P.S. I think this error (Ring of Fate) was even before. In older versions it occurred after fight with marauders. And one time after bad end'ed by Faceless, but I don't have screenshots for that (saves too, new PC), it was long time ago.
