[0.5.6*] Hawkethorne Nursery construction doesn't build a stage

At the Hawkethorne Nursery, the donation stage to build a laundry room for the nursery doesn't function correctly. The construction triggers but when it completes, nothing has changed. Further electrum donations to Gwyn allow you to move on to the next stage by increasing the size of the building.

I am including saves before and after triggering the supposed laundry construction.

As of [0.5.7] this bug is still in effect. Purchasing the third nursery upgrade takes electrum and triggers construction with nothing changed as of completion.
