Just noticed recently that I couldn’t find Arona at the tavern… I finished the Right of Conquest quest pretty early in my run and only noticed she was gone late in the game :/ I looked at the Wiki and it didn’t seem like we could make her completely disappear. Not present among my companions and among the guests.

Arona is supposed to disappear forever if you don't tell her about the Frost Hound after she gets exiled, to be at the Frost Hound if you do tell her, and as the comment above mentioned she is supposed to be at the camp if you helped her properly.
I restarted a previous run that was a while ago so I don’t remember exactly what I did but I might have fucked up :/ Too bad. Thanks for the information !
