[0.4.21] Possible glitch with Viv encounters

Just started up a new file. Before leaving Hawkthorne the first I went to go train with Irvis, after completing the training I had the Viv dream, even though I hadn't encountered the Witch Outfit. Now I have entered the Old Forest, and still have not encountered the Witch Outfit, but encountered Viv's house. When going through the "Dream" dialogue she also used the regular line about being able to do so because we had both worn the same outfit, even though I still have not encountered it.

Everything up until that last line is intended and is a side effect of it being halloween time.
If another coder gets around to this before I end up having to, change the following line:

In your case, it's that outfit. Having both been bearers of the same piece of enchanted clothing, it provides an easy link.

to:
