[0.4.17] Lizard/Salamander penis color bug

That previously reported penis color bug is back. Salamander and lizard penises are described as being X color when you gain them, but their color is actually set to your scale color.

This bug is still around, as of 0.4.21. Lizard/Salamander dicks are still assigned the same color as your scales when you get them.

e: Dicks from Scale Salve are applying their red color correctly. Dicks from Frostleaf and Cinderleaf use scale color.
