As seen in the screen shot, her Ultimate's name is listed as Fox possession on the menu, but the pop up calls it Kitsunetsuki.

Kitsunetsuki means fox possession. so there's no error there.

Yes, they had to make a lot of design choices to fit text into the buttons. The bigger bug is that KarmicRetribution does not quite fit into the allotted space.

No, it’s an error. When equipped by the Champ it’s called Kitsunetsuki in the pop up and the menu.
