As the title states, the tomes for learning powers can be used inside dungeons. In particular I found it out while going through Kitsune Den and misclicking on a tome I just got while going through my inventory. The process of learning the power from the tome goes as normal, skipping the set amount of time - which can be a nasty surprise, since it leads to losing the timed buffs.

As an aside, I think the fact that learning powers from tomes consumes a whole day should be relayed more clearly to the player, either through their item descriptions or through a separate system message that will require the player's confirmation.

Tomes only use like an hour's worth of time to read. They definitely don't use a day for me, having bought one off Ambra and learned it just now.

That's true. At one point I had a day passed after reading the tome, but I wasn't able to recreate it. Still, as I see it on a whole the interaction is likely unintended.

Also we don't block the use of tomes on dungeons.
Is there a particular reason for this? Dungeons typically block using the 'Wait' function because "Now's not the time to be waiting around" or something, but wouldn't something preventing you from waiting around for an hour in a hostile environment (e.g. danger, time sensitivity) also prevent you from concentrating on learning something for the same amount of time in the same environment?
