0.1.44 the game gets fuzzy and it spreads to the center

I don't know why this happens but whenever I launch the game a fuzziness spreads to the sides of the window and into the center of I've relaunched the game multiple times and it still happens just changed browsers changed to opera gx but the browser I had when this started was google chrome
