I saw recently that Narc got an an expansion in the second to last public release, but I can't quite figure out how I'm supposed to start it and I haven't found anything which points me in the right direction. Could someone lend a hand?

i dun know if it's my game file is borked or just not enough time has passed or I have glossed over somethin very obvious, but i have no idea what i'm doin and i assume its my fault cuz i havent seen anyone else mention this from what I can see or nobody has bothered to look at narc yet.
