I gave Carmelita all her mods, but she has reset/lost some functionality from them since the last patch. While her description says she has her E-cups from the Tittyblossom, her bust image has her back at original C-cup. I've also given her the Throbb, but her bust also doesn't show her bigger...

So I interreact with my ship inventory if I take something out it will duplicate the last item list, it ranges to 2 to 10 times amount of them. My ship will kept getting filed up with these items.
