My XP is at 75k, battles won't give any xp, and sleeping doesn't lvl me up. Anything else I need to do to lvl up?

Guess this post is meant to primarily for the devs, or just to hear if anyone knows anything about potential catch-up XP in the future of the game in general. I basically reached level 6 (full bar) before even going to the Winter City, and I'm curious whether there will be any way to make up for...
