According to previous updates, Harry normally appears in the milk bar on dhaal after you finish the peer factory quest regardless of which route you took for the quest. However, even after 3 ingame months I still can't get her to spawn. Does anyone know what's the issue?

I just finished the Dhaal Dungeon and i choose to take Jill's place effectively freeing her and choosing what i think would be a positive outcome however about 18 hrs past that she sent an Email that would imply I left her to die.
