So the creator is completely done with the game and now its up to modders to pick up the pieces? The game just went from EA to Bethesda. So how do I get a version that is 100% done in all areas?

I mean its such a fun game but the current state it is in leaves much to be desired. There is soo much unfinished you'd think EA published it. So will anyone ever go back over and just tie up the loose ends?
