I was unable to replicate this issue on my end, but I made some adjustments for the next release that should hopefully prevent it from happening. The "Black Latex" perk should only be granted when the Big Dose is selected.

Hopefully fixed for the next release. The choices should now only be limited if all the penises are too big or too small for the respective choice. After selecting a scene, a random penis in the designated length range will be chosen, since the player has no control over which penis to use.

Nursery data can be very particular and it can be offset if any of the children data changed between versions. Please post a save file for testing.

Hopefully fixed for the next release. In the group image, Yuri was not parsing for gender properly. For Yuri's singe image, Yuri is technically always nude so the automated bust string generation was incorrect.

Hopefully fixed for the next release. Unfortunately, if the perk was lost, it will need to be regained. The fix does not retroactively bring back the perk. It only makes the "Heat Cycle" perk updates inactive if any of the "Masc Off" status effects exists on the character.
