Okay, since it's not detecting keystrokes, I've added in a cheat code scanning event that will scan the input for any simple cheat codes in the pull request (#534). If a valid cheat code has been inputted, backing out to the main screen will activate the cheat code.

It may be possible that text inputs are ignoring keystorkes. Maybe try with an external keyboard or try pulling up the keyboard interface manually, if possible?

It's not broken, you just either need to meet a dragon-like NPC or read the codex on a dragon-like race or a story involving dragon-morphs. Before it was unlocked automatically--but unique, non-core shapes should be unlockable by studying things in the codex now.

"Races" themselves are strings, but I assume you mean the global values. A list can be found here: http://wiki.smutosaur.us/Global_Values_%28TiTS%29 It might need to be updated but a majority of it should correlate.

It is very likely that the transformations won't work anymore since the goo part will lock out some parts from being changed. However, arms and legs can be converted over to "gel" (the arms change in flags and the legs change in type) if those parts are already of a certain type. As of the...

If it's US cup sizes, I might suggest bumping it up to about I-cups or so (rating of ~24). DD-cups (rating of 5) do seem a bit too small based on all the descriptions, especially if you want to get four handfuls out of it.
