As far as I can tell, yes. Weapons don't compete with Modules, either, so you can max out. Energy draw might be a problem, though. I'd definitely recommend Shekka, since she automatically repairs Armor over time. And she can operate a Turret. There's only one mandatory Ship fight in the game...

I don't think the Moodast is meant to be viable long-term, so this may be tricky. Fortunately, Module, Weapon and Crew space are currently independent. Might be a bug, but I won't tell if you won't. I usually recommend Missile Turrets. Low Energy cost, useful vs both Shields & Armor and Accuracy...

Most powers auto-hit. If you kept your Intelligence maxed out, you likely wouldn't notice. Doing a little digging, it seems Mind Trick is guaranteed to work. At least, I don't see a contest function or failure text. On testing, it seems to work even with low Willpower.

Intelligence doesn't do as much for the Kineticist as you might think. It increases Accuracy for only 3 powers (so far as I can tell): Force Darts, Geothermal Spike and Entropy Whip. It's been moved to (Special) Abilities, since it isn't an 'Attack'.

May not actually be a bug? Could use some clarifying, though. This seems to pop up every so often.

Some things got shuffled around between Special (Attacks) and (Special) Abilities. Presumably, because it isn't an 'Attack'. And Abilities was mostly empty, really.

Have you tried a different browser? Just to see if the bug is Chrome specific. I don't think you'd be able to see your saves, but the more data we have, the better. Are you on PC or some other platform?

In my experience, she spends most of her time Flying, so the text doesn't appear. That may be because my test character is a Smuggler with Booster Pack. Hanzo suggested giving her a 'Wings' (Shield replacement) instead, like some enemies have 'Armor'. 'Shield Bypass' weapons wouldn't ignore it...

Can you give more details? What platform are you on? What browser are you using? What version of TiTS? Does the hotkey work?

Can anybody confirm if this is happening to other people? I'd expect more complaints if it was, but you never know.

Special is kind of generic though, and not everybody has tooltips turned on. Might need a rename. Sp. Attacks would fit, I think. There's probably something better.

Stagger was buffed to 20%. No longer accurate, with the new calculations. Since they don't stack linearly, either, it might be better to have more vague descriptions. Though Lust Stagger doesn't remove Flying in the first place. It also reduces Physique, which might warrant a mention.
