It's supposed to be frowned on, but it still happens. You'll need to decide how to get enough racial score to meaningfully differentiate it from Humans, but you knew that already. Female (-presenting?) Thraggen are likely to qualify for Amazon, too.

I'm talking about the Accessories tab in the Appearance menu. All of the existing ones are associated with specific characters or events (Lund, Vark, Sub-Tuner). A collar with actual stats is probably out-of-scope.

If you have Compact Log Display on, notices appear but don't stop you from moving. It does have the side-effect of making it easy to miss notices you do find important. Incidentally, this is why I prefer high Ball Efficiency instead of Refractory Rate (the other is constant Blue Balls).
