If you set UVGR_SAVICITE_IDOL to 1 you can just go pick it up.

Interrupting gets you into a fight. You can have sex with the Priestess afterward, but if you didn't take the Idol first, you're out of luck. Flirting and Apologizing just makes them leave without fighting you.
