When was the last time you played? There have been a number of changes. Evasion and Accuracy were changed some time ago, so Accuracy directly counters Evasion, but Flurry Attacks like Rapid Fire have a 45% chance to be forced to miss, IIRC. Bonus Hit Rate would help. Libido is also Tease...
There are two special stuns: One targets Willpower (Stun Gun), the other Physique (Headbutt).
They also have Stun Batons. If I'm not mistaken, the Stun Chance applies to their basic attack.

That doesn't tell the player it has finite repeats, which is the problem. 'X cycles remaining'?
Also, there are a number of pointless recurring logs that train the player to not pay attention. (Cumflation decreases, Honeypot notices, etc.)
I've done some testing, but not a full playthrough yet, so this is mostly theory crafting:
Kineticists get +1 damage/level with Psionically Attuned weapons (currently only Staffs, which are also Crushing). Telekinetic Warrior is also Crushing.
I think Evasion might actually be your best...
They're not quite identical. The cheaper one is Classy.
Kirila's Maid Outfit should probably be re-named Maid Uniform (as the internal name), to reduce confusion.

Did a quick test. Level 12 Kineticist with 65 Will & 3 Physique reliably Tripped Urbolg with Gravity Flux.
But if you want to use the Hookstaff to Trip, you'll want Physique.
