When attempting to take things from an overloaded Ship Storage*, 'Accept' cannot be selected unless the player can carry enough to take the stored items below the limit. *Switched from a larger ship, loaded a save taking advantage of the higher capacity.

There's also the Wiki. If you're really bad, you can use the Cheat Menu to give yourself Entropy Gremlins. As of 0.9.049, you can get Entropy Gremlins from the Cyberdale Ship Combat, but you also need to have unlocked Zheng Shi, so that won't help you here.

Were you using Autopathing? There was a bug that got fixed today. Does this persist in 0.9.049?

I can confirm the Storage limit happens in 0.9.048-PUBLIC#3209. Haven't had the disappearing items issue, but it's been reported before.

This Zaika Ganger intro is improperly set up: 1. It does not disable movement buttons. 2. It pulls up some of the Main Menu buttons (Help, Watch, Gallery, Options, Credits Achievements Back) 3. Back starts combat with no buttons or text.

Milk Thieves & Gel Zon react to getting hit by a Melee attack by activating flight. In 0.9.048, it's immediately followed by 'is no longer flying'. Milk Thieves continue to try (and fail) for the next 8 rounds, whether they're hit by a Melee attack or not. Afterward, they won't try the reaction...
