Yes. Treated Reaha can happen whether she's Cured or not.

The Treatment isn't the only means of bimbofication. A reversal of the Treatment would not be accepted (unless it came packaged with some big involved quest, maaaaaybe); a way to reverse something like Dumbfuck or whatever future Bimbofication paths pop up -- that's another story. 

There is no "official" CoCed. There are currently no plans to release the backers TiTS editor, but I wouldn't rule it out forever.

Treated Reaha will be a potential result from a different quest. You can cure her without worry.

Yep, consider that locked in. I've got an outline for the event I'm fairly happy with. Because the Treatment doesn't give its recipients a choice in the matter: you get whatever genetic RNJesus gives you, no takebacks, no do-overs.

Maybe. Lust weapons still need dicked around with if nothing else. Personally, I've never been satisfied with Lust combat in TiTS. The whole Tease Skill thing just makes it more annoying than fun. Unless you like grinding a million times, I guess.
