Cured Reaha has a bunch of TF options, so I don't see why not. Aside from Knot a Problem, Bumpy Road, and Throbb, there aren't a lot of cock-specific TFs, though -- I guess you could shove her in the cockbox, though, but then GL ever getting bust art of Reaha with the correct dick :< Also...

Someone write a TF item that does it. Simple as that. Could even go all the way and make a full-out Bitchkitty mod to replicate NPCs like Saen and Astra if you wanted. 

Fen thinks they (and Techies) are perfectly fine the way they are, last I checked.

This is not the first time I have heard this suggestion/request today. If I might ask... why are people into the idea of your doggo-bot domming you? Never woulda crossed my mind, and I like femdom.

I'll be honest, the main reason I didn't do those is cuz Fen said I can't have a new Reaha bust V_V The butt/bust expansion stuff already makes me want one.

Define "real cow," because Reaha already has almost all of Bovinium's effects.

As long as the NPC is A) designed from the outset to have TF paths and B) has only limited and thus more-detailed and rewarding paths, it's actually fairly trivial to do. The new Reaha content has a bunch of new TF paths, since I had to rewrite/revise all her existing scenes anyway.
