What other data menu? In your screenshot, the icon in the lower left next to the character portrait shows a Floppy Disc (F1 hotkey). You can use that button to go directly to the save/load menu. It shows a different icon when you can only Load.

Treated Readiness causes Minimum Lust to effectively be 54, even though the Codex says 27. Amazonian Needs causes Minimum Lust to effectively be 35, even though the Codex says 17.5. Saves are before gaining the perks. Just sleep once.
