Aroused is a status effect, same as Blinded or Bleeding. In this case, being Aroused causes you to be more easily hit in combat, and to take more Lust damage. And yes of course, Lust and Physical combat will both be supported.

To expand on what Observer said above, note that "Companion" refers to the people that follow the Champion around and fight beside him in combat. Writers can make as many normal NPCs, enemy encounters, and the like that they want. Indeed, enemy encounters are probably the most productive thing...

Yeah the problem is your build sucks. You need to maximize either Aim or Physique to do respectable damage and hit reliably.

So, every enemy's stats are hand-picked and hard coded; they don't follow some formula we can just tweak. So without overhauling a bunch of stuff, this probably isn't possible.
