The only full side planet is Uveto, which is accessed by a random space encounter around Level 6, or by pursuing Shade's relationship path. You can get to Poe A, a holiday "planet" (really just an event), around halloween

We're always dicking around with combat balance but the UI is set in stone. TFs to reduce body part sizes are very easy to find; I don't see much point in adding perks to cap sizes out.

I'd just remove minimum lust as a mechanic, personally. Alternatively, have it come with some kind of lust-damage-reduction that ~roughly equals the difference.
