    Amulets are (I think literally if not practically) always defensive in nature, by design. Maybe one that reduces your Threat generation from attacks wouldn't be out of order.

    The PC's meant to be in his or her early 20s. It's left ambiguous for roleplay reasons, but there's at least a few years between you and the age of consent. All sexable NPCs are over the age of maturity for their races.
