    Ah. I'm pretty sure they reduce encounter rate. But maybe they don't work, and it's a bug. EMP Grenades sold by Anno both on Tarkus, and as a Crewmember.     I noticed that too. She's not supposed to do that anymore. Amara's Stunlock tendency was discussed in the comments on the Blog post for 0.8.024. It got changed so she couldn't re-Stun a character that was already Stunned. Report a bug?

    A negative total Evasion is dangerous. As long as you balance out Evasion penalties with bonuses, you should be fine. Probably because it has 'Vamp' in the name. It's an easy mistake to make.
