What about Basic Melee Attacks hitting Levitation? Did that get fixed? They miss Jetpack and Wing Flight.

Levitate is -15 Energy every battle, which might not be always desirable. Otherwise, there's no reason to not be Flying all the time. Additionally, this might enable Kineticists with Wings or the Light Jetpack to Fly with those by default, then spend the extra Energy when it's worth it, instead...

Was Belly Weight Reduction intended to effectively be cosmetic, or was the item written by someone who didn't know how the system was implemented? Is it even possible to know?

Thraggen Harness' description and effect lead me to believe that it's supposed to mitigate the Bulky Belly penalty. However, as far as I can tell, Bulky Belly only applies based on belly size. Weight has nothing to do with it. Is this wishful thinking? If so, what benefit does 'Belly Weight...

That is definitely the save. It should work as a JSON, unless it's missing something, for some reason. Can you load it on your ipad? I'm guessing not, but... Using the excuse to try a new character isn't a bad idea, but being able to move saves between devices would be useful, regardless...

When I use Save to File in Firefox, it opens a window asking me where to save. If you go to Tools -> Settings -> General and scroll down to Downloads, what does it say? The 'webpage' might be the save itself. If so, you might be able to copy-paste it into a text file and save it as a JSON.
