I was playing a Melee Merc, and I didn't find it too bad, but I think a Melee-primary switch hitter is the best Merc build right now. [/Spoiler] TL;DR Grab a Stun Chance weapon, max Physique and you'll do fine. The Level 11 'Ranged' special is arguably better for Melee than Ranged.

Yes, Laquine Ears would 'stack' (to a degree). Laquine Ears, Motherhusk & Orefish Shards set base Speed. Each have a maximum, so the only benefit of mixing them is not needing to use as many of the higher ones. Incubator, Breed Hungry and Synth Womb are added on top and stack with each other...

Probably not. You can get Breed Hungry from the Doll Maker. Just Save and Reload until you get it. You can also get Inhuman Desire (15), if you don't already have it, which stacks with the Treatment's version.

While Evasion and Reflexes are added together in the to-hit calculation, they are separate stats. Given that Evasion is capped, it's actually more beneficial for you this way. (Physique OR Aim)/2.5 + Accuracy vs Reflexes/2.5 + Evasion.
