Ok, if I look at that code, it's Pheromone damage = 1 + rand(PheromoneLevel) Doing some quick stacking with the Save Editor (Pheromone Level 13) does seem to increase Tease effectiveness on Male Milodans, but it's really swingy (and random likes and dislikes get in the way of data collection)...

If I read the code right, Pheromone Level is factored into success chance, but not bonus damage, which is +1-5 (1 + rand(4)). That extra damage doesn't count as the Pheromone type, as far as I know.
