Doing a little digging, it seems there's a flag that hasn't been added to the Save Editor, and isn't reset if you sell your current Siegwulfe and buy a new one. So no, not at this time. I'm reporting the flag not being reset as a bug, by the way.

Just tested, Tripped (by the Mining Robot, Physique -4) does not disable either the Saurmorian Hammer (the only Power Armor melee weapon) or the Aries Light Machine Gun if Physique remains above 40.
