Phaedra has a mandatory ship fight. I don't know if the default ship can win. You can steal a ship from Zheng Shi, and there's only one (easy, escapable) mandatory fight beforehand. That ship doesn't come with weapons, though. There's an overhaul of ship combat coming, so that changes things, too.

You're a couple of versions behind. This has already been fixed.

TiTS works in Firefox for me (Windows 10). What platform are you using?

What other data menu? In your screenshot, the icon in the lower left next to the character portrait shows a Floppy Disc (F1 hotkey). You can use that button to go directly to the save/load menu. It shows a different icon when you can only Load.

This sounds like the same issue, and has a save.

Download the hotfix. Not sure what the latest Electron number is, but latest Public Browser is 4334.

There are dedicated 'Go Up' and 'Go Down' stairs buttons now. 'Q' and 'E'. They also have icons on the sidebar.

How are you accessing the Save menu?
