Spamming doesn't work in this case. Even if you have the capacity for that much semen, you'll lose if you don't currently have that much.

You should be able to use Anti-Grav underwear to avoid the movement penalty. How long are you waiting before attempts? You need time to build up, depending on Refractory rate. That's what the Salty Jaw-Breakers are for.

Third Eye Aim is only for ground combat and does not substitute for any other Physique/Aim checks. Arguably, it should work for Ship combat, too. I'm not sure why you'd want Third Eye Aim and Bodily/Dexterous Psi-Aim at the same time.
