Did a quick test and was able to equip Power Armor weapons as expected with Bigger Guns/Power Armor. Grenade Launcher isn't a Power Armor weapon. You might want to upload your save.

Normally, the menu prevents you from using Catnip on a body part that is already Feline. 'Override' lets you use it on certain already Feline parts for extra effects. It does not force the 'overdose' effects on non-Feline parts.

Thanks for finding that. Does any other addiction work that way? I'd suggest making it visible once you're fully addicted and hit the withdrawal stage, even if the player hasn't read the entry. Or some kind of hint of what the player needs to do.
