The Frostwyrm is named appropriately (Valyrnn) and it is possible to visit Flurry (Alrythe in your case). So if it is not correct for you in the latest release, it may be fixed for the next release.

Alright, thanks. I think I got it. I had read the checks wrong--the target of the attack was only checking for the "Flying" effect instead of the isFlying check. This issue should hopefully be fixed for the next release.

Thanks. From what I can see, if the character has the status effect "Flying" or "Levitating", the character should be considered as Flying--which will produce the "too high" evasion blurb. Just to make sure, feel free to share your save file and I'll double check.

I'll try to look into it, but off the bat, I don't think there are any special rules between melee and levitation to make that different. Levitation should add an extra 10 to evasion though, so there is that. Although, if you have sample text of where the issue happens, that might help.

There are specific notes I ran into upon reviewing that specify the order of use (Levitation+Energy > Jetpack > Wings), so it seems it was intentionally set that way--and I assume that was for combat balance purposes.
