It looks like your character did leave before properly being introduced to Kara.

If the "LET_SHADE_AND_KARA_DUKE_IT_OUT" flag has been raised without the "MET_KARA" flag, then that means you encountered Kara but ignored her before she could introduce herself and her situation.

Hopefully fixed for the next release. If your character ignored Kara outright, the log should show that she was ignored (ignoring her will wall off the mission completely).

It doesn't but Fenoxo wants to hold it off until there is a more catch-all way of attaining it that would be more relevant to pregnancy in general. Having it limited to one route isn't ideal. The lapinara path may be reactivated once that is written and implemented.

When you go to the data menu, there is a "Save", "Load", and "Delete" option, as well as a "Save File" and "Load File". Using the "Save File" option should allow saving a portable version of your file so you don't have to depend on the computer's cache or temporary file location.
