How to add perks using browser console

I am enabling the perks but there is no description of perks in game And can you tell me all the perks that have effects by changing values and the perks that does not have any effects by changing values please.

What about the perks when we create our character. Example- Virility,Fertility,Hung Should i change the values also or just enable them.

I was editing my save in the ".json" save editor and in option for editing tail genital type there is a option of hermaphrodite tail genital. Can anyone tell me what is meant by herm tail genital?
