I dunno about the wiki but ingame it's an Ultimate ability so it takes that slot. My guess is that its wiki entry was written before it became usable by the player and reflects how it works for Komari. And yes, powers obtained via Mirror Stance are permanently learned. :D

Like I mentioned in your other topic, there are a lot of kitsune-related Powers to play with as a result of the transformation and a few more that you can learn regardless of TFing via the Tome items. If you want to go 'All Kitsune' you can almost build a complete set for a fighter or mage...

After getting the kitsune TF you'll gain Tail Whack (not especially powerful to discourage min-maxing) and Foxfire (damages and causes Burn). You can learn some other abilities as well (Blue Flame Blade and Kitsunetsuki) but they don't come naturally. There may be others I'm either missing or...

That would be very difficult since they were around long before the 'oops' moment that brought the Wraiths to Savarra in the first place. The Observer wrote a bit about the Old Country's history here which makes this really clear.
