The wiki doesn't update nearly quickly enough to have content for a patch that's days old, and even then it's moot because the cage content isn't finalized. Anyhow, you've been given how to find the relevant content in the latest patch but if you want a quick summary of the two methods:

Remedy clears all negative combat status effects. Feel free to think of it as 'taking a combat turn a few seconds mid-battle to pick up your weapon'.

Pop a Remedy, it has essentially the same effect.

Based on her design doc and assuming nothing has changed, none of Lumia's pregnancy content is gated behind the Champ being a valkyrie.

Lumia has her ways, you can learn how she does it after completing her quest.

By the by @Alypia , this line wouldn't have been included in the Valkyrie codex just for the sake of Ryn and the Champ's future, would it? :D

The quest isn't finished yet so we don't know how the choices will affect anything in the future, but a quick poke at a save file will show you that the game is tracking things in the quest so they'll presumably make a difference at some later date.

Yeah, but it doesn't count for the game's actual virginity flags. You can test this very easily with Evelyn; the 'Give Evelyn your x virginity' scenes will only appear once, TFing to remove and then regrow a penis or vagina will not clear the flag and you won't be able to see the scene again...
