ok. i got it. just go to the final boss, and for good measure call things in to paragon afterwards, and that should be a good aproximation of it. please for the love of god figure out whats wrong and how the devs or i can fix this, and do it in a way that wont have me doing the dungeon again...

OK this isn't feedback but it's just something I thought up so I hope you don't mind, but a good explanation as to why you can't use telekinetic abilities and mind control and stuff outside of combat could be because you need the adrenaline rush from a fight to be able properly trigger your...
