I feel Fisi has the same problem as Bianca. Since they are stuck at one location (Bianca rotates between 3 planets but you know what I mean) and their content dries up after a point you kinda just have to "abandon" them.

Bad Ends are not canon, I dislike the Kitsune Bad Ends too but they are obviously not supposed to be taken as a real part of the lore. Also in multiple Bad Ends Kas defeats the Gods, which I'm sure you'd agree is pretty much impossible. And Evergreen and the Baroness obviously can't defeat Kas...
