This seems to be a recurring problem with the games Fenco make. They put in stuff that’s half-implemented if you’re lucky and then jump to the next big thing and never actually finish anything.
Yeah, Rainbowtox is your only option. Just save before using it and savescum until you get a color you’re happy with. For reference, I’m also playing as a dragon and ended up doing exactly that. It was tedious but I got a result I was happy with in the end.
I don’t think there’s anything for the Jumpers, but I remember someone was working on a named Jumper, but I don’t know how much progress has been made on that.
It was in an older version, but I did go through the recruitment and Dorna threesome path. I can’t test it at the moment due to a bug with Sufi’s recruitment that causes Anno’s crew button to disappear.
Title is pretty self-explanatory, and from what I understand these two achievements have been an issue for a long time, and it’s honestly baffling that this is still a problem.
If you mean what I think you mean, then I don’t think your choices will actually change anything on the planet. The choices do seem to affect the quest you take on to save your cousin, though how it changes I’m not sure.

The save I loaded up was also a Flash import, and it also has 2 missile turrets. Granted, my save was edited because there was a but with Mitzi and the Omnisuit Collar that was causing my game to crash.
I loaded up an old save, and I also noticed this problem in the Sidewinder. I haven‘t gotten into any ship battles on my new sage yet so I don’t know if it’s exclusive to that. Whenever I choose to attack, the game treats it like I chose to recharge instead.
Attempting to interact with Simone produces the following error.

I can only assume the activation chance for these scenes is incredibly low. I spent 26 in-game days doing a combination of walking around my ship and traveling between planets and didn’t get either scene to trigger.
