I will ask. It's very deliberately left impossible to complete and has been for a long time, presumably for more to be written. You are not missing anything.
This took a while to figure out. The code that cause damage to a player is actually quite complex, and at some point for "safety's sake" someone set it up to silently fail if there was no attacker doing the damage. IMHO it's better to fail loud in those cases so we can fix it.
In this case...
Seems to work fine here with your save. Please be very precise in describing how to cause the crash, like "I talk to anno on the ship, choose shop, then try to leave by clicking on the back button with my mouse"
Ty for save, always helps. On our dev build, I was able to tease my way to victory with it and didn't crash, so hopefully it's fixed internally. Let us know if you still crash on the next patch. And thanks for helping us test Phaedra!
Unfortunately this is something modern browsers just "do" and there's no way to stop it from happening. The safest way to protect your saves is to save them to file at the end of a session.
