Yeah that's just from design documents, etc. Stuff that hasn't been implemented yet. The latest patch involving Kiyoko was more updating her regular interactions to work post release. Her companion stuff isn't as far off as Arona's though, I'm pretty sure.

That stuff got scrapped since and reworked into the story as it is now. Raphael is someone you encounter as part of that story.

I don't think pc and npc descriptions should be compared 1 to 1. Since some npc descriptions are set and the pc's are like randomly chosen from a list for various size ranges. And huge is subjective anyway.

The text usually only ever gives vague "it's really big" descriptions and has only explicitly stated the size in a specific numerical sense as 10 inches as far as I remember. Also she doesn't need to care much about your dick anyway since she's more interested in what you can do for hers.

I think that’s largely intended. Weapon changes for me are usually for countering certain fights or complimenting or buffing a play style
