I think Cat-Like Nimbleness is broken, I'm not able to get it with a cat score of 10 on a previously untransformed character at level 20. Also, the database lists Cat-Like Nimbleness as a prerequisite for getting itself.

If the game doesn't meet your personal preferences that seems more like your problem than anything else. If you don't like it than I would consider not playing the game instead of demanding that the creators cater to you specifically.

Bug report: It looks like it isn't possible to find Marae and get her seed for Minerva's purification quest. I bug reported this a several versions ago and it seems like it's still a problem.
