Now that Posty brought it up, i have a similar idea: Kaska (the alpha dzaan from the tether dungeon) being able to impregnate/be impregnated at Gastigoth
"Oh, but what about the addictive properties of dzaan cum?" my brother in void, it's literaly stated in their codex entry that many dzaan take counteractives to supress their cum's narcotic properties, you think a private prison known to hook up its inmates on fertility drugs and aphrodisiacs if a VIP pays enough for it won't forcefeed her the needed counter-agents for that?
