Fixed Catalina "The Rush" talk option [0.9.153-PUBLIC-ELECTRON#6747]

Sometimes when talking to Catalina "The Rush" option stays greyed out even if you didn't click it or head to a new probe planet to have more to talk about.

Hopefully fixed for the next release. The button should start off as disabled if you haven't already talked to her about "Her Shop". The button will then unlock when you talk to her about that subject and have traveled before (basically landing on Mhen'ga and talking to Flahne there).
