Well that was easy, I just started a new game and completed Urta's quest without using the save editor, chose impregnate Edryn, and they still don't show up. I guess it's a glitch in the game. 

OK, I got the scene. I don't think I did anything when I edited my save to cause this, but I might be wrong. I'll try getting the scene without editing the save to see if anything different happens.

OK, I don't have the save for 20 days after, but here's a save from right after I made the choice. I also have one from before I made the choice if it helps.

*possible minor spoilers* I did the Urta fertility quest and and the end chose impregnate Edryn and now they both seem to be gone from the game. I waited 20 in game days and I never heard from either of them. Is this a bug? Is there no scene implemented for this option or did I just not wait...
