After many attempts, I cannot seem to get anything to reduce lip size besides making my character more masculine. Even the transformatives on the wiki that say they reduce lip size only affect lip size by reduction of femininity. I don't know if that's intentional or a mistake on the wiki...

The canon reason is Ryn doesn't want to but the writing reason is clearly stated that he just doesn't want to because she has so many. Let's not pretend that the lore reason isn't an excuse or that her personality isn't determined by the writers. It's a very REASONABLE and UNDERSTANDABLE excuse...
